[horde] Any suggestion to do install using PEAR on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS?

Yes, no errors and no warnings.
I've tried on two different Ubuntu 16.04 servers. Instead on Ubuntu 14.04 and 12.04 it worked like a charm.
