[horde] Pear not installing latest Webmail?

On 21st July, last friday, I installed Horde Groupware Webmail Edition  
on a test machine to test Imp configuration to use submission (587).

I just realised that the installed version is not the latest one. I  
installed using:

pear channel-discover pear.horde.org
pear install horde/horde_role
pear run-scripts horde/horde_role
pear install -a -B horde/webmail

The installed versions are:

Horde Groupware Webmail Edition 5.2.16
Address Book (turba) 4.2.17
Bookmarks (trean) 1.1.6
Calendar (kronolith) 4.2.18
content 2.0.5
File Manager (gollem) 3.0.9
Filters (ingo) 3.2.12
Horde (horde) 5.2.12
Mail (imp) 6.2.16
Notes (mnemo) 4.2.11
Tasks (nag) 4.2.13
timeobjects 2.1.2

Why? What is wrong?
