[horde] activesync not syncing mail flags

I recently discovered, that mail flags like answered and forwarded are 
not synchronized to server, when I answer or forward a mail via activesync.

Further testing showed that problem seems to be related to Microsoft 
Outlook 2013, 2016.

Because my Android Phone (Samsung) via Activesync doesn't show that 
problem, only my Outlook clients do.

Does someone noticed the same problem, too?

If it is only my Outlook doing sh** again.
Can someone confirm to me that syncing answered and forwarding flags via 
Activesync and Outlook 2013, 2016 works with Horde 5.2.21.
