[horde] activesync not syncing mail flags

The responses done via OL are not sent as a REPLY command, but rather  
as a SENDMAIL command and as such, do not include the original message  
uid and mailbox of the original email. We don't have the data to mark  
the reply state. We *could* attempt to look this up from the headers  
in the reply but this could be an expensive operation - especially if  
we assume that the email could be in ANY folder and not just the inbox.
