Hi Vijay,
   I tried your suggestion, but I keep getting the "405 Method not 
allowed" messages.

   My username is user at domain.org.  That's how it is presented in the 
URLs.  I've tried doing the URL substitution for the @.  that didn't 
work either.

   Do I need to change my username so that it is not the same as my 
email address?  Do I need to export all of my email, drop my account and 
re-add it?
