[horde] Quarterly calendar entries / ActiveSync

Hi

I have a recurring appointment on the 10 day of each quarter.  This is easy
to set up in kronolith (10th day of the month, repeat every 3 months, etc.).

But it will not sync to either the Android or the iPhone.

Can you replicate this?
