[horde] Web Server Monitoring using Ganglia

Hi,

We are using Ganglia to monitor server usage.  Using RHEL 7 on Web  
Server.  Mailboxes are another server and are accessed over network.  
Using Cyrus-IMAP for storing mailboxes.

PFA, We see CPU wio (CPU waiting for I/O).  Though, we don't feel any  
performance issue, is there any concern with this type of CPU wio?
