[horde] Problems with upgrade since php7

Now after some time I could solve the problem.

I removed all horde PEAR packages  and made a complete reinstall of horde.
After that I restored the configuration files from the old Horde
installation.
I was able to reuse the old database.

Now Horde seems to work with PHP7 without errors.
