[horde] installation woes

No, it does not.

If you really specified /var/www/webmail during horde_role  
configuration, then /var/www/horde/lib/Application.php is definitely  
not a correct path.
So either you did *not* configure that directory during installation,  
or you are using a different environment since the installation  
(different user/sudo vs. no sudo/separate vs. global pear install/etc)
