[horde] Net email sending mechanism

Hi, I would like to set it up so that when someone sends an email, that email actually gets written to a file on my server and then my cURL program (already written) sends the email.  Can someone help me figure out how to configure Horde to call my own php file?  I know that there is a configuration for choosing "Local sendmail binary" and "SMTP server", but how can I add my own custom sender?  I can write the php file for doing it.
