[horde] Kronolith patch for "tags" issue available from pear update

Hi, Horde Team!

I have understood there were issues with the new way Kronolith 4.2.23
handles the mapping of tags to CalDAV/ICS categories and this has been
fixed in Git already [1].

I would like to know if you have planned any date in which this change
could be available updating with pear.
