Can you give me a small advice where I find the migration documentation, 
please? Am I right that it is able to migrate the deprecated repo 
(https://github.com/horde/horde) to the latest 
(https://github.com/horde/base)?

Currently, I don't know what to do to migrate the database to the new one.
