[horde] Activating vHosts configuration

Hi,

my apache webserver running some domains with having the corresponding  
vhosts .conf files in /etc/httpd/conf.d.
Horde is set up with not checked the 'Enable virtual hosts configuration' box.

At the moment a user gets all mails for his name for all domains.

Can I just check the box and it's all good, or do I have to take some  
more action?

I found some information on the web, but am not 100% sure...

May I ask for some help please?
