[horde] Login issues

I installed latest horde under CENTOS 7 / LAMP.
I am administrator and my account/functionalities work fine.

I tried now to setup another user, that has a valid account on my linux
home server.
But when I enter username and password, Horde takes me to my account.
There is no error message.

1) Working in my account (admin user)
2) logout of admin user
3) login to a normal user account (has a valid linux account)
4) Horde logs in to admin user

Any help to fix this is welcome
