[horde] session_start is throwing an error

Only if the web server user is the owner of the directory or is part of 
the group that owns the directory.

What does this command show?

ls -ld /var/lib/php/session




It shows:drwxrwx---  2  root  apache  8192 Apr 18 07:33  /var/lib/php/session/
