[horde] Autodiscovery Outlookdiscovery (Imap/Smtp)

I'm testing the Autodiscovery for Outlook (Imap/Smtp) of horde.

It works, but how can I setup it to use STARTTLS / TLS for SMTP 
submission encryption?
