[horde] pear.horde.org working correctly?

hi

i just noticed on my feedreader, that there would be a new activesync and 
a new core.

activesync: 2.39.3

from pear.horde.org i dont see the same info: there the last activesync is 
2.38.6 and i cannot download 2.39.3

also states 2.38.6!

am i missing something?
i'm quite sure that there are newer versions for activesync. at least 
2.39.2.
