[horde] Cannot enable per device logging for ActiveSync

Hi,

since I have a problem with one user account I would like to enable  
per-Device logging in the ActiveSync settings. Which I did, in the  
Horde Admin GUI.

I also set the path to the folder, where I expected to find files. But  
I don't find, the folder stays empty.

What could I have missed?
