Is there any roadmap or plan to fix this?  I find this a bit surprising 
since Horde is using SabreDAV and OwnCloud, etc which also use SabreDAV 
support adding/deleting calendars from CalDAV clients.

Should I be worried about this?  Is anyone looking to fix this?  I can 
install PHP5 if need be but my understanding is PHP7 brings about a 
number of performance improvements.
