[horde] Cannot delete ingo rules

Hi all,

I am feeling kind of stupid. I haven´t touched my Ingo Rules in a  
while and when I tried to do so now the list now shows as a dynamic  
list which can be reordered. That is fine and good but it seems to  
miss an option to delete a rule or am I somehow missing the blatanly  
obvious? I think I remember there being icons beside the names of the  
rules for that but they have gone missing.
