Thanks for the suggestion.  I tried this, but it doesn't seem to have  
any effect on the column widths.  I cleared my browser cache/history,  
even restarted Apache, but the column widths stay the same.  Changing  
parameters in the basic/screen.css file doesn't change the Basic view  
either.  I even tried renaming the entire "default" directory under  
imp/themes, but it made no difference to the look of IMP.  Renaming  
the "default" directly under the base "themes" directory has an affect  
on the main Horde page, but I can't get anything to change in IMP.  It  
is like the entire imp/themes subdirectory structure is being  
completely ignored.  I know Apache can read it, as I can link directly  
to the imp/themes/default/dynamic/screen.css file and it displays in  
my browser.
