[horde] How to make event invites work in Calendar(iCal) on Mac OS X

Bummer. Any chance that will be added/turned on in an upcoming version.

After spending a couple months sorting our transition from OS X server this is pretty much the last thing we don't have working. It turns out people use this a lot more than I thought and if it's not on the road map we'll have to abandon horde and move to something else.

The Calendar app on the workstation is still unable to show availability info. From what I can tell, SabreDav does support RFC 6638 but I can't seem to make it work and I'm not sure it's enabled in Horde.

Also, the availability info doesn't seem to work although I'm not sure that's a feature horde has for a CalDav client like Calendar.
