[horde] Memory size exhausted

Hi,

I get a lot of broadcast messages on my server:

Broadcast message from systemd-journald at myserver (Sun 2019-03-03

Broadcast message from systemd-journald at myserver (Sun 2019-03-03

HORDE[32268]: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to 
allocate 232787968 bytes) [pid 32268 on line 130 of 
"/usr/share/php7/PEAR/Horde/ErrorHandler.php"]

Horde is up to date and runs on suse Leap 15.0

What is wrong there? Thank you for hints.
