[horde] Error message "does not have an API" and no login

Yes, it's installed in "/var/www/horde/trean/".

And configured in "registry.php":

    'trean' => array(
        'name' => _("Bookmarks"),

    ),

        'app' => 'trean',
        'menu_parent' => 'trean',

Before the last accidental reboot horde worked well,
