[horde] Horde-webmail 5.2.2 on FreeBSD 12

Hello,

I'm trying to install Horde-webmail 5.2.2 on FreeBSD 12 via ports. I'm
running nginx and php 7.3. In my install it's failing at the
devel/php73-horde-content stage, error below. I atempted one time to
create the missing .metadir directory this seemed to make no
difference as whatever it needs in that directory is not there.

Any suggestions appreciated.
