[horde] php verion issue in new installation

Hi Ralf,

Just yesterday I uninstalled Horde and then instead of "pear" I used it 
from php7.2 install, so "/opt/rh/rh-php72/root/usr/bin/pear" And now it 
is working perfectly. I posted here a question about PAM support
