[horde] Mime error on activesync

Any quick ideas on what could be causing Nine email client on a  
Samsung to be tripping over some emails over ActiveSync:

If I pull the sync time down to a day it's obviously skipping the  
dodgy email that triggers it and it syncs OK. As I push sync time back  
out to a week it reaches a certain point then falls over with the  
above errors. The client shows "no connection"

If there are no obvious answers I'll reset the activesync profile  
entirely and capture a log from scratch... but I'd rather not :) as my  
wife has custom ring tones and images set up for contacts and it's a  
pain to re-do.
