Hi Viktor,

I did not think this was related to the system locales..  But anyway,
I did that.

Generating locales (this might take a while)...
  en_GB.UTF-8... done
  en_US.UTF-8... done
  de_DE.UTF-8... done
  en_GB.UTF-8... done
  en_US.UTF-8... done
Generation complete.

But the output of test.php did not change

Deutsch ‭(de_DE): No
‭English (American) ‭(en_US): Yes
‭English (British) ‭(en_GB): Yes

Even after I restarted Apache...
