Hi Viktor,

This is the option I picked when I ran dpkg-reconfigure locales
  │    [ ] de_DE ISO-8859-1

                                                ▒   │
  │    [*] de_DE.UTF-8 UTF-8

                                                ▒   │
  │    [ ] de_DE at euro ISO-8859-15

Adding de_DE at euro ISO-8859-15 seems to have worked though.

I looked at the code, but I was not sure where to place it and I have
enough things broken at the moment - sorry!
