[horde] Bulleted and numbered lists in html messages

Hi,

Sorry everyone if this is not the most effective way to ask this  
but... is there any way to create a bulleted or numbered list when I  
write an html-based email in the horde client?

I see that many formatting options are available, but I have not found  
any to include this one.
