[horde] Get a list of (active) Horde users

Hi list,
does anybody know how to get generate a list of active users of the last X days ?

I see that the table "horde_prefs" holds lines with "pref_name=last_login"
and the last login timestamp then is in the column "pref_value" like

a:2:{s:4:"host";s:13:"73.79.228.142";s:4:"time";i:1584141119;}

I can write myself a script for that, but I do not want to reinvent the wheel.
Maybe anybody can share his script.
