[horde] Problem sending mail (active sync)

Hi,

Sending mail always worked correctly. But since today and I don't know 
why but I can't send messages through active sync. I think following 
line indicates the problem:

EMERG: HORDE Error: Call to undefined function _getSmartPlainText() in 
/usr/share/php/Horde/Core/ActiveSync/Mail.php:489

Someone any idea what the problem is?

System: Debian buster + backports, php 7.3, all modules up-to-date.
