[horde] CalDav calendar sync won't work after server change

This is just a warning, but was already fixed in the latest version of Turba.

This is not Horde code, but from PEAR's Archive_Tar package. You can  
remove that package, I don't believe it's required by Horde or any of  
its apps(?)

This is also just a warning, but I have just fixed this in code for  
the net bug fix release of Service_Weather
