[horde] activesync email count limit

I do see some issue with the email you forwarded me. However, it's not  
causing the sync to fail, but rather for the email to simply be  
ignored.  The error I'm seeing has something to do with incorrect  
base64 encoding of the attachment(s). My IMAP server is reporting the  
following error:

read(<binary stream of mailbox INBOX UID 5>) failed:  
read(/var/vmail/testuser/storage/m.1) failed: base64 input ends with a  
partial block: 0x414141


I'm not sure if it's something to do with the way you attached the  
email (you said you sent me the contents from the mbox file).  You can  
try just forwarding me the email from within a MUA and see if that  
makes a difference, but otherwise at this point there is not much else  
I can go on...
