[horde] dovecot and sieve

Dear Team,

Moved a mailserver from old Fedora to new Debian, fighting now to get  
Ingo back to work again.

I am able to install Ingo rules and it says Scripts activated, but  
mails are landing all in the user inbox.

Mail.log doesnt show anything special. Where shall I start looking please?
