Unfortunately it doesn't appear we can do anything about this, as it's
the client that is building that header. My guess is that if the
identity information sent during either initial pairing or during a
subsequent SETTINGS request doesn't contain an email address, the
FirstName/LastName don't get mapped anywhere in the client's settings.
