[horde] Finished importing horde FW_6 to packagist.org / composer / compatibility with newer PHP versions

Hi Brent,

thank you for reporting.

I have fixed this now and added an install test for ingo's set of packages.

Workflow runs · horde/bundle (github.com)

This will probably improve as I go along
