[horde] Can we assume Horde Project has closed?

Hello,

Such a beautiful Project, can we assume it is closed.

If it is so, please declare so, so that, we look for alternatives.

As there is no such announcement, I have been still keeping hopes of  
its revival and release of beta and stable releases of Horde 6.

Let's be practical and announce whatever is true.
