[horde] installing h6 framework

About two years ago I struggled with installing Horde 6 with composer.

Not under Ubuntu but under openSUSE. The only difference should be the 
DocumentRoot of the web server.

When I finally managed it, I wrote a short documentation about the 
individual steps of the installation process (in German).
