[horde] Package php-extended/polyfill-php80-stringable is abandoned, you should avoid using it. Use php >= 8.0 instead.

Let's remove that polyfill. Nobody should run H6 on PHP 7.4 anymore and
if they must, they can still downgrade to this older version of the
requirements. I will be engaged in the national elections count this
weekend but maybe I'll get a revised package out by friday. Sorry for
any inconveniences.
