Could you please post your apache config?

Do you have something like this in it:
Define ROOT_PATH /srv/www/horde.johalla.de/web/
Alias /Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync ${ROOT_PATH}horde/rpc.php
Alias /autodiscover/autodiscover.xml ${ROOT_PATH}/horde/rpc.php

What's under <Directory ${ROOT_PATH}">?
