[horde] IMP not activated after composer update

Hi,

You should store your config files in var/config/[horde|imp|...]/. After
running "composer horde-reconfigure" there should be links from
web/[horde|imp|...]/config/conf.php to var/config/...

That's how I am doing it and my configuration survives a composer update :-)

BR,
Michael
