[horde] [i18n] Renaming outdated locale files (Core done, others to follow)

Hi,

I’ve just submitted a pull request for the Core module to rename  
locale files from the old Horde_Core.* format to the current Core.*  
format used by horde-translation:

I’m planning to do the same for other modules where the translation  
files still follow the legacy Horde_<Module> naming, while  
horde-translation generates and expects files based on the modern  
Module naming:

./ActiveSync/locale/Horde_ActiveSync.pot
./Browser/locale/Horde_Browser.pot
./Imap_Client/locale/Horde_Imap_Client.pot
./LoginTasks/locale/Horde_LoginTasks.pot
./Compress/locale/Horde_Compress.pot
./Refactor/locale/Horde_Refactor.pot
[...]

At the same time, I will update and improve the French translations of  
the respective modules, and update the .po and .mo files based on the  
new .pot ones.

Feel free to share any feedback or preferences on the approach.
