Hi Ralf and the other developers :)

I get this message for plain text emails and I am baffled because the
plain-text size is a very reasonable less than 2MB.

Thunderbird has no issue, and neither does Nine using ActiveSync.

I am not sure what if anything I should chainge in php.ini - there
seems nothing obvious and all the size limits in there are way over
2MB.
