[horde] Trouble with INGO

  The advanced tab pulls from the identities for the user. Do you have  
a list of identities?

Preferences --> Mail -> Personal Information

Need to have a default identity defined, I think. It seems that your  
value is returning "null" when it pulls your addresses.

I DO note that I can't enable my vacation function, but I may not have  
enabled it in the configuration. So, I can CREATE a rule in the UI, it  
says "Saved", but the fule always shows "Disabled". That's on my end,  
probably.
