[horde] Trouble with INGO

Hello Thomas,

Yes, if you want to use the latest development version you have to do
"composer require horde/packagename:dev-FRAMEWORK_6_0".
I think there is no global option in the composer to automatically use a
specific version/branch.

Once a release with recent fixes is made, you would not need this anymore.
