[horde] Again a weird problem

  Generally if one browser works and another doesn't, it is due to  
something being cached about the session for that browser. It could be  
the browser itself or something changed and PHP cached a prior result  
for the session.

Clear the browser cache (or run an Igcognito session) and also clear  
the php cache...typically removing /var/lib/php/session/* files and  
restarting httpd and php-fpm services and see if the problem persists.
