[horde] New releases coming today - Read before update

  Yep, that seems to have fixed the "Language" dropdown stuff and the  
Turba contact viewing and adding issue. I have horde/browser alpha9  
and horde/horde beta 4. I didn't get a newer horde/core...still on  
beta 3. I don't seem to have a horde/base composer component?

Looks great! I've not moved any users onto this platform just yet, but  
I might do that in a few days. I checked out the new test.php and  
hopefully that helps people figure out what might be amiss in their  
setup.
