[horde] Issue with Turba on web Horde

Update: We have a new improved issue with dates in Turba (birthdays, anniversaries) and there will be updates tonight to fix them.

There's also an update in testing to make the topbar less annoying with cluttering multiple open drop downs onto the screen.
