[horde] Horde 6 FRAMEWORK Beta Timeline

Hi Nels, we have already replaced calls to the actual strftime with calls
to a BC fill-in solution. The next step is already done in one app where we
read user settings from storage (still in strftime format) but translate
them to intl format. This will eventually happen with all the apps and
ultimately the user settings will be upgraded to natively offer intl format
for date and time. Our main focus currently is on stability and release. I
think the full transition to native intl won't be finished in April as
users report quite a lot of actual breakages which have priority.
